Beauty Queen

And the day broke like glass
A rain of slicing edges
Black string cords
Strangled like a necklace
And that beauty queen
Thought she had it all
And that beauty face
Never thought she'd fall
And the day faded like the past
Fading until there's no memory left
Red blood drops
Frozen like a secret kept
And that beauty queen
Thought she had it all
And that beauty face
Never though she'd fall
Well I guess that beauty queen
Was wrong
Cause now her beauty face
Is gone
