Beauty and the Beast
Beauty and the Beast have an inner attraction
It’s hard sometimes for the both of them because of the distractions
Beast is a man as fine as he wanna be
Funny, loving, cheeky and stubborn
Beast is what he is, a beast in every way
Cause he displays his feelings as he goes throughout the day
Beauty is what she is, pretty, sexy, stubborn and confident
She enjoys the simple pleasures of life and the time that is spent
Beast is hungry for the love, he wants more and more
Beauty eyes shine a glow when he walks through the door
They’re starting to make use of every moment alone
As they hug and embrace close in each other’s arms
Beauty has tried to get Beast outta her head
But at night when she sleeps, Beast is there in her bed
At times it is so complicated and at times they both feel stuck
While Beast is guarded with fear, Beauty just don’t give a f…
She takes the initiative and goes after what she wants
She doesn’t care about the rules, the do’s and the don’ts
The feelings, the chemistry, the lust, the stares
The desire, the looks, the both of them share
Saying it’s never gonna happen is a lie they both know
A love affair between the two is bound to happen for sho
Update (It never did, lol)
I wrote this in 2013 when me and this VERY fine, handsome man used to work together.
And when Usher said, “You got it bad,” I definitely felt that, cause whewww chile, I used ta couldn’t wait to get to work to see him.
They ain’t never had to worry about me calling off or missing work, lol.
I had it bad, cause he definitely used to live rent free in my head, smh. I remember our “Just Us” moments, cause we definitely had some fun, flirty memorable moments at work. (Smile)
That was then, and this is now.
The good news now is, he’s outta my head and not in my bed.
Even though it’s been over 12 years, I still decided to post this, cause I write how I feel and that’s how I felt at that moment in time.
Fun Fact (His nickname actually was Beast, lol)
