Beauty

Beauty is eternal
That's what people say
Its not just external
Its the beholder's way

Someone's smile, someone's anger
Someone's mood, someone's spark
Someone's style to be a manager
Someone's eyes so dark

Outer beauty is not ultimate
Its always perishable
Its not a measure to estimate
Its never verifiable

The heart is a fool
It creates a confusion
It makes us lose cool
It makes difficult confession

A stage of conflict arises
The future remains at stake
What one chooses
What decisions to make

Outer beauty is a magnet
Inner beauty is a garden
Outer beauty only attracts
Inner beauty helps you grow

Make a choice so wise
You'll never have to regret
Don't trust blindly the eyes
Never this lesson forget

The world will seem
The way you are
Beauty will beam
Whenever you'll dare
To trust the heart
More than the eyes
To follow the heart
Without leaving the brain behind.
