Beautiful Things
It's a moment of grace when the sun gives His light,
A new chance for redemption , a new hope for a life.
But as it rises it falls, when you stand will you break,
Does it end or begin with the size of your faith.
Through My satelite observations I can see deeper than skin,
I see a stranger walk by and say hello with a grin.
Connecting one through another as another tries to adhere,
You just take in a deep breath and wish it all disappears.
I have seen your destruction, I have seen all your hate,
I have looked in your hearts and I have seen all your pain.
But I have painted the sky for your hopes and your dreams,
And even though it may seem
that this world can be cold
In your eyes I have seen Beautiful Things.
