Beautiful Stone

Sometimes I wonder
What our Love truly is
At times you're my best friend
Others, I want to move away
You remind me of my Father
So critical & self righteous
I miss the times,
Sitting in a room,
complaining to an eager soul,
talking without Judgement
Realizing in that moment
We were One in the same
Even though we had different plans
And He ended up sleeping below
The beautiful stone
