Beatle Mania
It seemed like only yesterday
That the Beatles came on the scene
And the music that they played
Excited all the teens
They appeared on the Ed Sullivan show
To a TV audience that was all aglow
As they sang" I want to hold your hand"
One of the greatest hits of the band
They broke up in 1970
And rumors as to why were plenty
But there can be no doubt
That they made us twist and shout
