''Beat, Flow and Meter''
The poem that beats and rhymes
must flow with rhythmic time
to the cadence and to the chimes
of ev'ry line right on the dime.
The poem that beats and flows
must move with perfect meter
to the feet of highs and lows
just right and not much fleeter.
