Good day Natalie, or should I say night. First i'm gonna thank you for your comment. You made my day by stopping by my poem. ~~ By the way it took me less than 40 minutes, to complete all 3 of my ABC poems. I was jumping for joy. When I finished. I was proud of myself, for a minute there I did not know what I was doing. After I was done with the first one..my mind wanted to give it a go. They are not the best, only"FUN!!" to do. About your haiku: I did not know bears ate fox, what a treat,.p.d

you have an interesting image to work with here Nat..one thing to remember about haiku is that they use very simple language so a word like scrumptious would not be used. It is said a haiku should be as simple as oatmeal. And for our purposes OBJECTIVE meaning the writer is showing fact in a sensory way SOUP MAIL

Natalie, Charles told me "hibernate" was my season word. Yes, I like smart guys, but your husband doesn't look like a "dumb jock." What a cute couple you make!

How cool -- we both used "hibernate" as our season word and I wrote of a bear as well, Natalie. Love the way you describe his stomach grumbling -- definitely a human quality as Charles wanted. Wishing you success in his contest! Also, thanks for my placement in your contest. I got such a kick watching your win on "Let's Make a Deal." Love, Carolyn

Just saw the nice little thing you said about me at Chris' blog. Thanks, sweetie. It's very hard to vote on that thing. So I understand completely about what you said, Luv, Andrea

I thought I'd try it...though I'm sure I will regret it. ***Season word is regret
