Beacon

Silent echo,a scream gone unheard
Yelling so loud without a word
A tear drop falling without a sound
Seeking peace where it's found
A broken wing angels attempts to fly
Cant give up the will to try
Grounded by earth and fate
Wanting to fly before it's to late
Spreading his wings he dreams he does soar.
Becoming one with the winds roar
Sadness fills him in his wish to be free
Haunted by memories of what used to be
Unseen wings spread so wide
In plain sight he does hide
Loving the lost and broken
The dreams hes awoken
The will to keep on trying.
Through you he is flying.
Reaching down to set you free
Open your eyes and you will see
You are the giver of light
Be the beacon burning bright
