Beachcombing

Waiting, watching, listening for the storm to reach the shore. Swirling the waters cauldron; lifting the ocean floor. Relocating and destroying - beachcombing aft the wind has blown. Walk the sands of turmoil - collecting cuttlebone.

Hello Jeanne … I too, often got enjoyment when rugged up on a winters day watching a raging tempest and hearing how powerful Mother Nature can be as the waves crash into rock formations. Thank you Jeanne - Lindsay

Just being in the presence of the ocean with its negative ions refreshes the body and soul Lindsay. We need to do all we can to stop pollution. A wonderful expression of love for the seashore my friend. Have a wonderful day. xxoo

Hello Andrea … pleased you liked this one. When I kept aviary birds, a couple of times during winter, when it was cold, wet, and windy, I would the shore collecting cuttlebone, shells, and driftwood that the angry sea released - thanks again Andrea - Lindsay

Hello Jan … unfortunately for too long the waterways and seas have been used as a dumping ground. Perhaps one day this might change - thanks Jan - Lindsay

More likely to find micro-plastics, even Down Under, but it is a nice reminder of how pleasant a day at the shore used to be! Aloha! Rico
