You ask why, my friend Rama. The answer is that we should live in harmony with ourselves without causing disorder around us. Imagine a ninety years old lady who feels nineteen and starts dressing and behaving the age she feels she is, wouldn't she lose face? Wouldn't she reach the point of ridicule? In all, we need to act with moderation. A fine Ninette, my dearest friend!

I love this! This is exactly what my grandma tried to tell me when I was a young woman. I tried to share in one of my poems. Our soul is wearing an 'aging garment' in the form of an earthen vessel, but the soul wants to rejoice as much as the young! This is so wonderful Rama! I'm so glad you penned this question, why indeed??!

I did stop doing cartwheels in my thirties....why? I about killed myself and suffered for a week! But, yes, other than the aging physical body, we can rejoice from our very soul whether aged or young 'vessel' clad!
