Be Thankful

While it's fun to treat ourselves from time to time;all things are best in moderation.
Don't be rude and materialistic either. When we leave this world, we can't take
our "toys" with us. Just be kind, listen to one another & love. We're all flawed and
scarred in one way or another. And there's no shame in just being an everyday
person. Also,no matter how bad it seems, please remember there is always someone
suffering more. Count your blessings every single day. Learn to laugh at
yourself;find beauty in everything. Never be ashamed of yourself. And of
course, dare to be different. It's okay!

This is a very good reminder to us when we start throwing a pitty party. I used to tell anyone that thinks they have it bad, to visit Arkansas Children's Hospital and go to the cancer unit. Not a dry eye will be found coming out of that place. We should cherise the time we have, for we're not guaranteed another day. I'm glad you wrote this wonderful poem. :D R.M.

Interesting write. We come into this world, bringing no material wealth with us, and any wealth we might amass we leave behind when we leave!
