D-Dark days can happen to anyone, so if you can be there for someone. A-Always keep an open hand for giving and not just for receiving. N-Never judge a book by its cover, we all need each other. D-Do what you can for a friend who is in need, if it’s your help they seek. C-Check in on those you did not hear from, to find how they do, O-Often people don’t want to burden you. M-Make an effort to go visit someone who is sick or bereaved, P-Perhaps your company and conversation is all they need. A-Address everyone with respect and dignity, S-Shows them we all deserve equality. S-Smile when you greet a stranger, who knows in future they might return the favor.
