Be Happy

A special collaboration with my sister, Laura Breidenthal. Go ahead and check out her poems and songs on here. She's a great writer. ;)

(VI:)
Been living in fear
No second-thought cheer
My mind’s a wand'rin' deer
When will I wake from this nightmare?

(Pre-ch:)

Bittersweet envy
[Be happy]
Won’t let me be free
[Be happy]
Let’s all be happy

You be you and I be me

(Chorus:)

I lay in bed in utter dread
Be still, healing is near
Anxiety was my killer med
‘til I found out that there's no fear

I won’t feel bad
I won’t feel sad
Anymore, I swore
For the one I adore

(VII:)
Had nights I couldn’t sleep
My eyes no need to weep
For tears they always seep
Into memories so deep

(Pre-ch:)

Bittersweet envy
[Be happy]
Won’t let me be free
[Be happy]
Let’s all be happy

You be you and I be me

[Chorus:]
I lay in bed in utter dread
Be still, healing is near
Anxiety was my killer med
‘til I found that there is no fear

I won’t feel bad
I won’t feel sad
Anymore, I swore
For the one I adore
[Bridge:]
So will you take my hand?
I know you would understand
For, I see the night
In a different light

[Chorus]
I won’t feel bad
I won’t feel sad
Anymore, I swore
For the one I adore

(Alone:)

I won’t feel bad
I won’t feel sad
Anymore, I’m yours
You’re the one I adore

Guys...are you seriously? No comments... Well, my sister Laura and I will be performing this... Then...we'll see who comments on this afterwards... Wow just wow... Disappointed to the core

I apologize...the burst of anger wouldn't do any good anyways...
