Be grateful that life lasted
Long enough to see today
Be grateful that there's someone
That will love you always
Be grateful that you have the chance
To make somebody smile
Grateful that you have the strength
To go the extra mile
There are some unfortunate
This fact, though sad, is true
for this you should show gratitude
Because you could be, in their shoes
