Be a Part of Them

Each child has dreams and aspirations
Some to be presidents, lawyers, doctors and such
May they keep them in heart and achieve them as goals
May they work at them slowly, for they won’t learn if they rush

Life for the children should just be so carefree
Each should be dreaming, playing, enjoying their days
May they be free of the fears that their parents now hold
May they never be tormented, belittled, but be subject to praise

Each child represents the very future of mankind
With them, set their foundation for prospering in the world
Give them not falsehoods, but teach them to learn and acquire
Build, within them, the strong adults residing in each boy and each girl
