Barren Solitude

BARREN SOLITUDE Home sweet home, once built up in glee. Nurtured, raised up lovely off spring. From love sprouted family tree.. Grown up children now lead own lives. My home turns house that still survives. Joy and opulence how to bring? Void vacuum: Ties to flee. Song of life in rued interlude. Solitary isolation! What should I do, getting confused? Cherish or relish past moments! in reveire loneliness laments. Despondence in blunt emotion. Bare life in barren solitude. 08/14/18 Second Place Rhyme Time 6 Verses of Metaphors Contest by Laura Loo Third Place 'STRAND SPECIAL 4' Contest by Brian Strand
