Baker's Man Help Me If You Can

The oven's Too hot So I keep My distance Like you Do I tried Cooking Once with Heart's and Emotions But they Turned out All wrong Uncooked And bitter In our mouths We tried To make It rise But it fell Flat Imperfect suffle We couldn't Get to set The kitchen's Too empty I'd go over To ask for Some sugar And maybe You'd come to Stay and help But you're gone So I guess I've Got to make this Work on my own

Very well written, Charissa. As my mother used to say, "If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen." This is probably why so many people "once burned" by love are reluctant to get close to someone again. Best wishes, Carolyn
