Bad Medicine

Searching for spirits untold
Held captive by something so bold
Begging to please, to be set free
To take away the grips
That were once pretty

Seeing the world
in black and white
Living in a slum of grey
But the spirits take her
from day to day

Something religious and something evil
Can fool the mind
To find it gleeful
Insanity perches on its brink
The world ending in a song of drink
