Back We Look

Back; sometimes we look
The value of things
The work that it took

Success; energy and time
Sacrifices made
All for 100 dollar wine?

Family; cherished and adored
Time not well spent
Regrets; forever, hurts more

Marriage; union, joined by man
Not well attended
God; part of his plan?

Adolescences; development of the mind
Affirmation much needed
All in due time

Birth; creation, beauty unfolds
Nature or nurture
A story gets told

Story; life will tell
Live it now – live it well
Heaven; hell?
