Back from Cruise without a Bruse
rain ran over curb
had to take a special herb
so did not disturb
Been back to normal again,
Write more poems have been,
Even if they are not enjoyed;
You have become annoyed.
With you have brought rain,
Which on lawn would remain
Dead leaves color changed;
We have become estranged.
What we had been wishing,
We would rather go fishing;
Which are no longer there;
We will be in deep despair.
When we did arise from bed
We went to church instead;
Instead of a drastic disaster;
We met our Lord and Master.
What minister did determine,
We should hear his sermon;
Was always clear and loud,
We prayed while being proud.
My friend and wife are back
from a cruise. Wrote this poem
for them.
