Babies See Three Colors

Young human babies can only see three colors. From birth to two months, they can see no others. So how do we know this? I doubt if I could find out. But should we decorate their nurseries this way? Without a doubt. In case the research is right; would not this be totally bright? And what are these three colors you ask me, so tight. According to research they are these three….. Black white and red, scientists write up in books for thee. And how in the world do we know this? You ask. Figuring this out is not my task.

So, please tell me, Caren, why do most perspective parents paint the nursery blue or pink???? The baby must be terribly confused. Since it can't see the colors, is it just being introduced to a large, empty space???

Yes it is - this scientific research "proves" they only see red, black and white. I had heard before about the black and white but the red part is new to my mind.
