Well, the best thing is I know you let it go through poetry, The healing touch of poetry indeed will help you to console somewhat, So let it flow whether tears or poetry. but do not harness yourself in depression. hope is all we live for.

The key is to try NOT to think, and just DO, Live, Breath, Exist, FREE!

I made up a saying once, "We are often prisoners of our own mind...Luckily, we are also the Warden"......I struggled for years with depression and alcohol/dependency. I broke free by living inside the stillness of now. Letting go of the constant stories in my head. The past failures, the fears of future! I wish you the best, Poet!

I know this feeling - in the past, I've lain awake worrying about things too. They say the trick is to force your mind to think of other things. Well written piece
