Awesome

Am I as awesome as you make me out to be?
Why can’t I see these things
that you see in me?
Am I the only one that sees
the screwed up side of me?
If I could be the person you see,
I could be much happier.
I’m laughing on the outside
while I’m dying deep within.
Help me out my friend.
Is there a way to kill
the demons on my back?
Why do you see this great guy who’s happy?
Why do I know the truth about me?
Why do you like me?
There’s no reason for you to.
I am ugly,
as depressing as can be.
Why do you say I am such a good friend?
