Away In Thought

There are times in life 
That we rethink the past
The days went by extremely
Fast
The good times the bad
It all fell into place
Some more faster than
Others 
By GODS good grace
As night falls and eyes
Slowly close
We slip into our dreams
and no one knows
We are in a different world
A different place
Some are slow and some
Really race
In and out of so many emotions
As we lay asleep
Dreams do that, some we
Forget and some we keep
Time to go deep into the vast
of night
Remember to keep your
Eyes closed 
And hold on tight
