Awakening
At last to see beyond the veil
In freedom's breath to soar!
Reach shoreless bounds and there to sail
To grasp what was not there before!
At last horizons clearly seen
With eyes that gaze at new dimensions!
Not stayed by things that might have been
But crossing past finite perceptions!
At last in wondrous fascination!
Shed earthly woes and fleeting bliss,
Touched heaven here in all creation
To live rebirth and inner peace!
