Autumn Splendor
Unseen colors throughout the year,
in the blink of an eye they suddenly appear.
Red, yellow, orange and even brown,
a child's delight as they fall to the ground.
Swift winds blow and they drift through the air,
the cycle continues untill all branches are bare.
Wait many months for the springs warm sunlight,
a sprouting green bud has been brought into sight.
