Autumn Constanza

A Constanza in dedication to Connie Marcum Wong

Her pensive soul was caught awhile
sailing on the whispering breeze
that spoke life's secrets in the trees.

She thought of all her Earthly trials,
yet not forsaken in their midst -
embraced by all good fortune kissed.

The journey long, across the miles,
to where the islands hugged the sea
and all of love and family.

And as the Autumn scents beguiled,
her heart sailed where the palm trees sway
and gently swept her heart away.

Into the "Light" - a glowing smile
consoled the hearts now left behind
where memories and souls entwined.

Her pensive soul was caught awhile -
She thought of all her Earthly trials.
The journey long, across the miles
And as the Autumn scents beguiled,
Into the "Light", a glowing smile.

This is so gorgeous, and just the kind of Constanza that would bring a smile to Connie's sweet face!!

Thankyou Craig……for taking part in this tribute to Connie with your beautiful Autumn Constanza. She was very much in touch with ‘the secrets in trees’. May she rest forever in Autumn. Love, SuZ

Beautiful and poignant, Craig. You have captured so much of the essence of Connie in her own Constanza form. Thank you for sharing ~ John
