Autumn - 2 versions

AUTUMN is...
Apples,
Umbrellas,
Trees
Un-leafing,
Moonlit
Nights.

AUTUMN is...
Apples, crisp and sweet;
Umbrellas up in the rain;
Trees turning red, gold, orange;
Untamed leaves that dance;
Marrows and pumpkins ripening;
Nests now empty – some fall...

Yes. I agree, beauty is there in any season. The familiar and yet sudden surprise of the flowers gets me each Spring - they pop up for their turn, azaleas, hippeastrums, other bulbs, blossoms...and there is a native violet that creeps through the grass (and it gets windy here).

Autumn is beautiful, especially the colours of the leaves. The weather has been nice today, but has been very blustery a few days ago. Do you enjoy the Spring season?
