Attitude Of Gratitude

Lord give me an attitude of gratitude today,
kill negative thoughts that I might display.
So that I can show kindness to those I meet,
I’ll seek your face to make their day replete.
For I know not what stands before me today,
and that’s why now, I humbly bow and pray.
That I’m regarded by others as being endearing,
but mostly Lord, that I’m seen as God-fearing.
Amen
