Attitude

Days of Attitude are quickly flowing on
as they should I suppose 

while I am

trying my best to practice this "non-attachment" and not
investing much in the drama of "it all"-

changing my negative thoughts into sparkly thoughts that
clean the windows of my soul -

so that I can let the love out
let the love in
be the change that is needed in the world.

Kristin Reynolds September 12, 2008 at 6:58 PM Yes, it is a reaaaaaly really hard path, but well worth it. It took me 5+ years of daily, constant work on myself (thought patterns, etc...) to change my kneejerk negative reaction to everything, to positive ones. It it a reworking of your whole brain/thought patterns - that takes alot of work. Good for you, Kristin
