Okay, they are plentiful at times at Panama City Beach, Florida. They frolic and play not too far from the shore. Delightful to watch. I preferred watching the whales cavorting off the coast of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We quickly hired a small boat and went out to where they were. They didn't seem to mind us, at all. Such an exciting adventure.
