At the End of All Things
At the end of this day,
Lies the start of another,
Thus the world will transform
From dusk to dawn,
And the moon's dark reign
Shall be over.
Ashes to ashes,
Dust to dust,
We live this life
Because we must.
So the cycle goes on and on,
Until the end of all things,
When everything's gone.
Then the Deity shall rise
And bring Chaos to all,
He will stand there and laugh
At Heaven’s great fall.
Do not pray to God,
What use is there now?
He will come down to Earth,
And then He will plough
The fields of the dead
For our wandering souls,
He will not stop,
Until all life He holds.
Ashes to ashes,
Dust to dust,
He will come forth from Hell,
To feed his bloodlust.
So the cycle will ne'er start again,
At the end of all things,
When Chaos shall reign.
