At Our House

Mama's in the kitchen Frying chicken, golden brown Smothering cabbage Just rushing around... Cutting out home-made biscuits With a jelly jar Telling us kids Not to go too far. Oven's breathing fire for candied sweets Oozing in cinnamon and Butter, And until I eat, Not another word Will I utter! Cynthia

‡ Haha, Your Lovely Beauty, Makes Me Hungry And My Mouth Water With This Delicious Poem, Beautiful Cynthia. I Love Candied Sweet's And Soft Cinnamon Buns Topped In Swirls Of Creamy Icing. No Once Does Like Momma. Love, Rachel ‡
