At Night

Tears fall upon a dusk night,
And ripples through out the darkness.
Leaving words of sadness,
Trapped in its dark world.
For only at night the boy is able to cry out,
To his heart’s content.
Les he does it in the light of war,
That plagues his world.

wow i cannot believe i am your first comment on this one it is an instant fav for me it was terribly sad but real and i really liked that, also i havent read alot on here about the plight of the HUMAN soldier,i say that because i think people forget that they are human beings with feelings and lives and loved ones whom they are only working to protect, this poem really touched me and i am so glad i chose to read it today!
