At Last

On faith, they stepped onto the ledge...
On which they both clung to...

And now, the ledge on which they stand...
Held life they never knew.

As I speak now..this girl we know..
She carries deep with her...

The baby they had longed for most..
No doubts - they both were sure!

This man, his wife and child so loved...
They built a life so good...

To turn back time..repeat once more..
The THREE, they surely would.

As smiles come to them, as they watch..
The miracle that lay...

A doctor, wife and baby loved...
A life for which they prayed
