Asylum

In everyday plight
With no sight
of the light
With no sides
that are bright
Deprived of lies
that are white
There would be only one asylum:
Veritas
ad dominandum

Thank you for your appreciation, John. This was a pleasant surprise for me, since this poem was written within 2 minutes during a break between classes at university. =)
