Aspirations

I wish you were here to hug me and say it would be okay
I wish you were here to hold me tightly,
Make me feel like no harm would come my way
I wish you were here, to kiss my tears away
I wish you were here, so I could just lie in your embrace
I wish you were here to listen to the birds, welcoming a new day
I wish you were here, instead of far, far away...

I hope all of your wishes come true, Wilma. It's hard to live without someone who means so much to us. And I'll be thinking of you this week as you face the new challenges at work. Please keep me posted on your success with this new management position. Love, Carolyn
