Oxygenated breathing is hard for some with respiratory problems, and yes it does lead to anger when one suffers that way, not only the sufferer, but the one who’s the closest and sees it and hears it, that’s me and mine… Beryl

I like the use of aspirational here. Not as aspire to be something in life just need to get the emotions correct before you can do anything. I aspire to be able to release bad emotions and let the good ones flow. Thanks for sharing this one with us. Our grandson has Huntington's disease which causes the person to get where they can't swallow and so many of them aspirate food, drink or saliva into the lungs which results in an infection called aspiration pneumonia. His problem isn't bad yet. Sara K
