As You Close Your Eyes in Sleep - Triolet

Lavender wisteria spills
even as your eyes close in sleep
to gaze at dawn on heaven’s hills~
Lavender wisteria spills
a scent so dear my heart refills
with love and loss and I must weep~
Lavender wisteria spills
as your eyes close in timeless sleep.
