As we sit in this anointed place
when the Pastor started to preach
the microphone commenced to screech
the Holy Spirit did convey that on this Sunday
no words needed to be relayed
we will just worship and pray
as we sit in this anointed place
Father God grant us your Grace
reveal to us your Holy Ghost power
allow the Holy Spirit to manifest at this hour
the atmosphere will rejoice
when we sing as if we have no choice
while giving God our worship and our praise
as up to the rafters our voices we raise
as we sit in this anointed place

allow the Holy Spirit to manifest at this hour
since the first service held on Mount Olivet
people have congregated to embrace the Spirit
to be in the presence of the Lord God
to ingest the wisdom He did impart
and while positioned in these sacred pews
we've been revived, reborn and renewed
as we sit in this anointed place
Father God grant us your grace
reveal to us your Holy Ghost power
allow the Holy Spirit to manifest at this hour
yes, we already heard the Scripture
and we now have the full Gospel picture
our minds are resting in perfect peace
as we surrender, submit and release
As we sit in this anointed place

for our hallelujahs belongs to You
as well as our praise and worship too
