As Time Fades

As Time Fades by Rebecca Morris   when we lose someone precious time begins to stand still our heart begins to ache and theres an element of our lives missing that no-one else can fill we question things and ask god why and try to understand why it was me that had to die but we forget that when i died part of me continued to live for each of you has a piece of me that i willingly give and as time fades, and you begin to turn the page my life begins again through memories from youth to old age as you take a stroll with me down memory lane you’ll realise a part of me will always remain you’ll laugh with happiness and cry tears of sorrow wishing we could still have tomorrow and as the weeks turn to years ill be watching over you taking away your worries and fears ill heal the heart and help the pain to ease ill be the air passing by during a summers breeze ill be the light that still continues to shine bright ill be the beauty in the sunset as day turns to night ill be the person that walks beside you even though you can not see i will always be with you and i will always be me so as time fades remember life still goes on and even though you can not see me , i’m never really gone
