As Moonlight Sleeps On the Bank

As moonlight sleeps
On the bank of a stream
Ever so peacefully
In the dead of twilight
Undisturbed
I gently tap my foot
In the still water, 
Creating 
Ripples that brings it 
Happily to life, dancing 
With reckless abandon
Rhythmically
Just for me
