As Imperative As

As it is imperative to put out fires to protect our woods and homes

So is to combat iniquity to save our children's families and souls!

A fine proverb to remember. Love the pic. God Bless, JB Sorry I pulled another disappearing act. Was feeling tired and nauseous for some time. Dizzy spells and seeing spots. Finally called in sick due to severe stomach pain. Ended up in E.R. with ruptured appendix. Spent two weeks in hospital then sent home on total bed rest. Am getting stronger and will see doctor for follow up tomorrow. He will tell me when I can go back to work.

Unjust and immoral behavior is rife these days Demetrios and therefore to combat iniquity is as desperate as it is to put out the outrageous fires that ravage our land and burn down forests and homes. Such a clever couplet. Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.

Agree, my dearest friend, Jennifer, but would it be better to let fires burn our forests without doing anything to contain them? Yes, my dearest friend, Tom , it is a difficult task, but the Good ought to combat Evil all the time and not remain indifferent because if it does it means is in agreement with what the evil does. Unfortunately, most people are indifferent. They see but they do not react, as it can be easily seen. Thank you for caring my friend. God bless you!
