As I Pray

his pain can be seen by looking into his eyes. he tries to laugh, but inside he cries. i
know this because i've been him,a slave to a bottle. i want to walk away from him.
his pain brings back memories of a life i left behind. but God has another plan for
me.i truly believe that my higher power, who has been so good to me,wants me to
embrace this man. so i pray, everyday for this lost soul that used to be me.
