As He Holds Me.

As he holds me tight
I'll soak in his warmth and memorize his face
And as I drift off in perfect bliss
I'll sleep the scent he radiates

And If i wake I'll listen with ease
To the steady beating his heart makes
And I'll smile at the lullaby playing
His rhythmic breaths he takes

And when he wraps his arms around me
I'll pray that he will never let go
When he wakes I'll kiss his lips
And hope he won't make me go

As he holds me tight
My world is perfect, it's clear
For to me he is everything right
He is everything I hold dear
