As entropy prevails

Flat on a slab
The coroner pauses
To cut the flab
To find death's causes

Born to live
Mature and die
Our tale to give
Tell the truth, don't lie

Did virtue grow?
Compassion as well?
Did forbearance flow?
As of trials, we retell

T'is well they say
As entropy prevails
Reformed if you may
A new life in your sails
