As Darkness Falls
As darkness falls
into my life
The world has turned
from day to night
life has changed
in just one day
and you don't have
a thing to say
From love
to enimy number one
I never thought
This day would come
of all the hateful
things you've done
I guess you thought
You had to run
Your day will come
and i can't wait
When your destiny
Becomes your fate
As you feel the rage...
the pain... the hate...
I think about
the darkest times
And can't accept
the bottom line
As I turn my back
and close my eyes
It feels like death
This thing called life
it's hard to say
what's really true
As i clear my head
and thoughts of you
Everything
I thought I knew
come to find
I have no clue
It's safe to say
We're far from sane
To live the way
We did in pain
Life can seem
So dark and gray
When everyday's
a tear drop stain
I guess I am
The one to blame
As darkness falls
On me like rain
