Hello Caren,I just read your poem. I have arthritis in my left thumb, back of my left hand, Little finger that is broken but usable. Arthritis in my left knee. They do not hurt at the same time. I take Turmeric it helps me. Have a nice day my friend

Getting on in years is okay as long as you're healthy, sad fact is once past forty you creak a bit and bits drop off lol. Tom
