Arrogance
Arrogance
More popular than religion
this is arrogance
which is plainly obvious to see
when now most the world thinks better
at least better than that of the
i'm sure you've seen it like i have
whether it be on a drive
or walk through school
it's insanely apparent
how people act the fool
you see them walking
side by side
down any a paved path
instead of simply moving
they stare at you and laugh
you see them in your vehicle
riding on your bumper
beeping like an ass drunk out a bar
"wait i'll just speed ahead and cut you off"
"woah, buddy, it's not my fault you crashed your car"
their eyes, a dead stare,
as though completely unaware
of anything in their way
the conclusion of this poem
one thing i have to say
well, seems to act
a fool these days
is such an easy thing to do
perhaps better professioned as clowns
join a circus so i can laugh at you
